Please remember that the speed limit within the community is 25 mph. Per the Resolution of the Board of Directors adopted in 2015, speed violations < 10 mph over the limit are subject to a $100 fine for the first offense and $250 fine for the second and subsequent offenses. Speed violations > 10 mph over the limit are subject to a $500 fine and potential legal action. There is a zero-tolerance threshold for enforcement.
