There are a number of documents for which it is important for property owners to have understanding when living in a common interest community. These include:

Governing Documents
These documents establish the structure of the Homeowners Association and define the rules that property owners must follow within the community.

Maps & Easements
These documents show known easements within the community that may restrict property owners from building or installing improvements on certain parts of their lots.

Architectural Committee Documents
These documents define the standards that are required for building residences, landscaping, and making other improvements within the community. Property owners can find all of the required forms for submitting projects for approval by the Architectural Committee.

Meeting Agendas & Minutes
These documents provide an archive of the quarterly Board of Directors meetings and any other special meetings of the Homeowners Association.
