Use the form below to request an access code to the front entrance gate at The Fairways for guests that need to have regular access to your property.  Please request a separate code for each person or company that needs to have regular entry so access can be individually controlled and removed when no longer needed.

Please note that community-wide access is already provided to most companies which provide services to multiple properties  within The Fairways, including:

• Green Things (the association's landscaper)

• El Patio Lawn & Landscape (the association's landscaping contractor),

• Newmarker Lawn & Garden (the association's snow removal contractor)

• Washoe County Public Works

• NV Energy

• AT&T

• Spectrum
   

Please do not give your personal code to the common vendors listed above.  If one of these vendors requests your code, please refer them to our Community Manager.
 

For security verification purposes, the Requester's Email address must  already be on file with the Community Manager before an access code will be provided online.
