Who Maintains the Fire Hydrants within The Fairways?

Per the July, 2025, Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) E-Newsletter, fire hydrant maintenance is the responsibility of TMWA. The association also budgets for periodic repainting of the hydrants to ensure that they always meet the standards of our neighborhood.
